我們正在為一家專門為亞洲各地雇主提供應徵者背景調查的香港企業,招募駐台灣的就業背景調查專員,支援其環球營運團隊。此職務負責執行各項背景查核與資料驗證工作,以確保應徵者所提供的資料的真確性、可靠性與完整性,我們的客戶會提供到職培訓,因此相關工作經驗並非必須。我們理想的夥伴應能謹慎細心地處理資料及編寫報告,願意與本地夥伴及海外團隊溝通與協調,並能在秉持專業標準的同時獨立作業。
We are hiring Taiwan-based Employment Screening Officers for a foreign enterprise specialised in providing employment-related background check service for employers across Asia. This is a role in support of the enterprise’s global operation and involves background checks and verification work to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of information provided by candidates. Our client will provide on-the-job training, therefore related work experience is not a must. We are looking for talents who are: able to process data and generate reports with due diligence; willing to communicate and coordinate with local and overseas team members; and capable of working independently while maintaining high professional standards.
主要職責 (Key Responsibilities):
- 資歷查核 (Employment Reference Checks): 透過電話及電子郵件進行工作經歷/推薦人查核。 (Conduct employment history and reference checks via phone and email.)
- 背景篩選 (Database Screening): 執行各項資料庫查詢與背景審查作業。 (Perform database screening and searches for verification and background check purposes.)
- 學歷驗證 (Education Credential Verifications): 透過電話及電子郵件聯繫學校或相關機構,進行學歷驗證。 (Verify educational credentials by contacting institutions via phone and email.)
- 數據管理 (Data Management準確輸入並管理背景查核過程中蒐集之資料。 (Accurately input and manage data collected during background checks.)
- 報告撰寫 (Reporting): 彙整、整理並撰寫清楚且具條理的查核報告。 (Organize, compile, and generate clear and concise reports for clients.)
- 客戶服務 (Client Support): 專業且即時回應客戶之詢問與需求。 (Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.)
- 其他任務 (Additional Tasks): 依主管指示,執行其他相關背景查核或行政作業。 (Execute any additional background check tasks as assigned by the supervisor.)
條件要求 (Requirements & Qualifications)
- 工作經驗 (Experience): 0-3 年工作經驗。 (0 to 3 years’ working experience.)
- 專業知識 (Knowledge): 具備就業篩選或背景驗證知識者優先。 (Knowledge in employment screening or background verification is a strong advantage.)
- 技能工具 (Technical Skills): 熟練操作 MS Office, Google Workspace 或 Smartsheets。 (Proficient in office productivity software.)
- 核心優勢 (Core Competency): 具備高度學習意願,對資料核對有極高耐心與細心。 (Meticulous with details and eager to learn.)
- 工作風格 (Work Style): 能在最小監督下獨立工作。 (Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.)
- 道德標準 (Ethics): 承諾秉持高道德與專業標準。 (Commitment to maintain high ethical and professional standards.)
工作待遇
- 月薪 新台幣 40,000 元
遠端工作 (Remote work):
- 完全遠端 (Fully remote)
工作時間 (Hours):
- 日班 ( 09:00 至 18:00,午休 13:00 – 14:00 )
休假制度 (Leaves):
- 固定休六、日
- 優於勞基法特休 (Annual Leaves):
- 6-month to 1 year: 10 days
- 1 year to 2 years: 10 days
- 3 years or more: in accordance with the Labor Standards Act
學歷要求 (Education):
- 具大學學歷者優先。 (Possession of a university degree is an advantage.)
語言能力 (Language):
- English: 聽說讀寫流利 / Proficient (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing).
