Personal Data Collection Statement (for Job Applicants and Employees) 收集個人資料聲明(應徵者及雇員適用)

1)宏才有限公司(宏才) 會依《個人資料保護法》 處理及利用您所提供的資料,用作爲
您尋找合適職缺、招聘及甄選。如甄選成功,宏才將繼續收集、處理、利用您的個人資料
用作聘用、人力派遣及人事管理。
1) Wanch Company Limited (Wanch) will process and use your personal data in compliance with
the “Personal Data Protection Act” for the purposes of identifying suitable job opportunities,
recruitment and selection. If you are selected for a job opportunity, Wanch will continue to
collect, process and use your personal data for employment, dispatch and HR management.
2)您提供的資料會發放給宏才處理招聘事宜之授權職員,及要派單位處理人事或管理相
關職位之授權職員。為核實應徵者所提供的資料的準確性,收集的資料亦可能會披露予其
他有關人士或機構。
2) Your personal data will be disclosed to our authorised staff responsible for recruitment matters
and authorised staff of the dispatch-requiring entity responsible for personnel matters or
management of the role concerned. To verify the accuracy of information provided by job
applicants, the personal data collected may also be disclosed to other related person or entity.
3)您得自由選擇是否提供您的個人資料,如不提供,宏才將不能爲您尋找合適職缺、進
行甄選或雇用。為進行甄選,您需提供充足完整的資料以支持申請。如未能提供此等資料
您的申請處理及結果可能會受影響。
3)You have the freedom to decide whether to provide your personal information. If you decided
not to do so, WANCH cannot identify suitable job opportunities for you, engage you in a
selection or employ you. For the purpose of our selection process, you should provide adequate
and complete information to support your application. Otherwise, it may affect the processing
and outcome of your application.
4)宏才將在營運期間保存您所提供的資料,持續爲您尋找合適職缺及聘用機會。但如您
成爲宏才的雇員,您的資料會被持續保存作人力派遣、人事管理及遵守雇主責任等用途,
直至離職後至少六年才會被刪除,除非宏才有法律理由持續保存。
4) Wanch will retain your information for as long as it is in operation so as to identify the
appropriate role and career opportunity for you from time to time. If you become an employee of
Wanch, your information will be retained for the ongoing purposes of dispatch, HR management
and fulfilling employer’s obligations. WANCH will retain the records for at least six years after
the end of employment and erase them unless retention is justified by a legal purpose.

outside Taiwan is necessary for the purpose of collection)
(6) Method: automated or other non-automated methods
6) 您依《個人資料保護法》第三條規定可行使之權利如下列:
「當事人就其個人資料依本法規定行使之下列權利,不得預先拋棄或以特約限制之:
一、查詢或請求閱覽。
二、請求製給複製本。
三、請求補充或更正。
四、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
五、請求刪除。」
6) You may exercise the following rights according to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection
Act:
“A data subject shall be able to exercise the following rights with regard to his/her personal
data and such rights shall not be waived or limited contractually in advance:

  1. the right to make an inquiry of and to review his/her personal data;
  2. the right to request a copy of his/her personal data;
  3. the right to supplement or correct his/her personal data;
  4. the right to demand the cessation of the collection, processing or use of his/her personal data;
    and
  5. the right to erase his/her personal data. ”
