We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Supply Chain Manager to support our German client — a German manufacturer of high-quality fasteners — in managing its growing operations in Taiwan.

About the role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be the key point of contact between the German head office and local suppliers in Taiwan. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensure smooth export operation.

This is a strategic and operational role with the opportunity to work closely with the German headquarters while being based full-time in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate export shipments from Taiwan to global markets
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular supplier visits in Taiwan
• Handle purchase orders, RFQ processes, and price negotiations
• Assist in new project development and product localization
• Provide administrative and operational support to the German head office
• Monitor inventory levels, delivery performance, and supply chain efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export, procurement, or supply chain management
• Experience in the metalwork or fasteners industry is highly preferred, but candidates with strong international business backgrounds in related manufacturing fields will also be considered
• Bachelor’s degree or formal vocational education in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Strong command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken) German language skills would be a strong advantage but not mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with common supply chain tools
• Willingness to travel within Taiwan for supplier visits (occasional short trips to Germany may be required)

What We Offer

• Monthly Salary: TWD 100,000
• Meal Allowance: TWD 3,000
• Annual Leave: 20 days
• Paid Personal Leave: 10 days

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
