They have developed a genuine appreciation for Taiwan’s culture, lifestyle, and pace of life. They are also currently building their business in Taiwan and are committed to contributing to the local community.
They are looking for a reliable and trustworthy assistant who can help them manage and coordinate various aspects of their daily lives.
Job title: Executive Assistant
Job duties:
- Do research, organize schedule, make purchases, take calls, manage email and LINE, prepare summaries, run errands, attend meetings, make reservations, visit sites, assist with travel arrangements
- Manage communications with: government bureaucracy, medical and retirement facility, local vendors
- Organize: calendar, tasks, knowledge base
- Prepare executive summary reports to assist in key decisions

Talent Requirements
- Experience: minimum 1 year of work experience
- Education: while college degree is preferred, exceptional candidates without degrees encouraged to apply
- Language: Chinese (fluent), English (basic conversational), Taiwanese (optional), Japanese (optional)

Work schedule:
- Monday – Friday 10:00-18:00. WFH once a week
Business travel frequency:
- inside Taiwan (up to 2 times a month)
- outside Taiwan (up to 6 times a year)
Remuneration package
- Salary: TWD 65,000 to start; TWD 70,000 starting on the 4th month
- Allowance: job-related travel and material expenses covered
- Benefits: meals during business hours; up to TWD 30,000 annual course/conference budget after 1 year of employment
- Bonuses: bonus based on milestones and performance
